Last night’s strage dream

Sep 21st, 2009 by senge in Uncategorized

In the center of a barren hell rises a tall, black tower full of fallen angels and lost souls.

From it’s highest point, the gates of heaven can be seen. They are wide open and unguarded, all I have to do is walk in to be received.

I am a red dragon, fighting against an army of black demons to keep the tower from being stormed.

I know those within the tower fear and hate me, they consider me their jailer.

I know those outside the tower hate me in awe, for being free to leave at will I stay and fight to keep them from their pray.

I also know that I can never leave the tower, the souls of those within and outside being at stake.

I also realize now, that this is to be my eternal, wall-less prision cell.

  • Those in the tower are the ones you “love” in the usual mortal, possessive, greedy sense of the word. You cling to them, consider them yours, and therefore feel responsible for their safety. But what you think is good for them is not.

Heaven, their heaven not yours, is outside the tower in which you keep them. You keep them from their true happiness, and you know it. That is why you dream them as “fallen angels and lost souls”.

Go read the “Loving Vs. Adoring” section of this Blog Bark, not far from the beginning: http://is.gd/3zhrQ

Then read, “A Bird In The Hand Is Not Yours” http://is.gd/3zh4b and understand that your “prision” (sic) is not eternal. Either you will leave it voluntarily or it, and its inmates, will leave you.
