The sun rises,
Inviting me to be
Simply me.

Morning thoughts
Run like wildfire.
The mind wanders,
Never calm.

Thousand jewels
Shining brightly,
I drift away
From here and now.

Breath flows in,
Thoughts dissolve.
Breath flows out,
I let go.

Smell of cooking,
In the morning air,
Fills my day
With love.

Strange thoughts,
From a stray mind,
Running wildly
In my head.

Sounds and figures,
Form dissolve,
I simply wish,
For silence.

(200th post, I guess I should celebrate or something )

Running
By the pale moonlight,
Under a star-filled sky,
Alone.

Mind and breath,
Step follows step.
Clear mind running
Into dawn.

Breath flows, slowly.
Mind is calmed.
I feel daylight
In my heart.

Life goes quickly,
A simple flash.
I feel the wonder,
Of being alive.
